INON INC. is pleased to announce official release of magnet ring set and dedicated port for Panasonic interchangeable lens LUMIX G VARIO 14-42mm F3.5-5.6 II ASPH./MEGA O.I.S.(*1) when using with INON X-2 for GF2/X-2 for GF1 on July 19th, 2013.

■ Product features ■

The MRS G14-42 II Port is a lens port to use Panasonic LUMIX G VARIO 14-42mm F3.5-5.6 II ASPH./MEGA O.I.S. zoom lens in combination with the X-2 for GF2 or X-2 for GF1.
The port edge has M67 screw mount to attach various conversion lenses below to support from macro to ultra wide imaging by changing lens underwater to suit to different subject.

For macro imaging, UCL-330(*2), high power UCL-165M67(*2) and ultra powerful UCL-100M67close-up lenses are compatible to get closer to a subject.
For wide imaging, UWL-H100 28M67 Type2 is compatible and its super wide option Dome Lens Unit II for UWL-H100 further increases view angle for ultra wide imaging.
The UFL-M150 ZM80 underwater micro fish-eye lens is also usable to capture underwater scenery through eyes of small fish to depict distinctively only with this lens. (*3)

The MRS Magnet Ring G14-42 II Set is a set of MRS Magnet Ring and MRS Magnet Ring G14-42 II Adapter to attach on the Panasonic LUMIX G VARIO 14-42mm F3.5-5.6 II ASPH./MEGA O.I.S. zoom lens for zoom operation.
Zooming operation is controlled by INON patented MRS (Magnetic Rotary System) Port using magnetic attraction to turn lens barrel with light torque as like controlling a lens on land.
The MRS Magnet Ring is also usable for other MRS Magnet Ring Adapters to use for other lenses only with optional MRS Magnet Ring Adapter.
