The "M67 Lens Adapter Base MCTZ35/40" is a fundamental and multifunctional base tray to expand your system with attachment lenses and strobe etc.
The Lens Adapter Base is securely attached on the compatible housing via tripod screw on the bottom of the housing and pressure molding around housing lens port. This structure allows you to add on optional accessories without excessive load on the housing.
The newly released accessories are exclusively designed for "LUMIX DMC-TZ40/DMW-MCTZ40" (*1)/ "LUMIX DMC-TZ35/DMW-MCTZ35" to benefit you to use following INON products.
•Dedicated wide conversion lens "UWL-S100 ZM80"(*6)(*7) specially designed for a wide camera which is wider than 28mm (35mm film equivalent) and super zoom camera to use with zooming ,and its super wide option "Dome Lens Unit II for UWL-S100 ZM80"(*6)
•INON "M67 Mount series" close-up lens "UCL-165M67" "UCL-330" (*8).
•Easy, reliable and fully automatic external strobe shooting
INON "S-TTL Auto" strobe

It is necessary to use with camera’s zoom setting at about 80mm (35mm film equivalent).
You can store zoom position by "zoom position memory" function to recall it when re-start the camera.

Optional "M52-M67 Mount Converter for UWL-S100 ZM80" is required.

When using on land or using underwater with zoom wide end to middle setting will have vignetting. Zoom in avoid vignetting.
■ M67 Lens Adapter Base MCTZ35/40 features ■
INON "M67 Screw Mount" system compatible.
With "M67 Lens Adapter Base", compatible INON attachment lens can be mounted/detached underwater.
The screw mount has four cutouts not to have vignetting even at zoom wide end setting when no attachment lens being used.
■ Strobe/LED flashlight Compatibility ■
Digital camera compatible "S-TTL" Auto strobe INON S-2000/Z-240/D-2000 is usable.
"S-TTL" Auto of S-2000/Z-240/D-2000 series gives you correct and reliable exposure by simply pressing shutter release button.
INON LED flashlight LE700-W/LE700-S/LE350 is also usable to use as focus light or assisting light.
There are two choices for strobe/light arm; "Shoe Base"/"Shoe Base Set"(*9) which directly holds compatible strobe/LED flashlight on standard [INON dedicated external flash shoe] of marine case thanks to joint project with Panasonic Corporation to support compact external strobe/flashlight set-up, or universal type "Grip Base D4"/"Grip Base D4 Set" which widely supports more than 100 underwater housings with loose-proof structure and broad expandability including supporting dual strobe configuration, different arm length/type depending on your shooting style.
INON provides "handy"/"compact" Shoe Base Set and "full-blown" set with Grip Base D4 to support every underwater photographers to suit to various shooting style, skill, attachment lens, subject and condition to realize your creative intent with flexible system.

Single strobe or LED flashlight directly attached on the housing via "Shoe Base" may have positive buoyancy. If this is the case, it is recommended to add balance weight which comes with the marine case to adjust total underwater weight.
