Video Base V1 for Canon VIXIA HF20/LEGRIA HF20
INON INC. releases accessories for Canon digital camcorder "iVIS HF20(VIXIA HF20/LEGRIA HF20) "/water-proof case WP-V1(*1) to attach INON LED flashlight products including "LE250" on August 2nd, 2009.
Also we have confirmed attachment lens compatibility as below.

Video Base V1 is dedicated accessory to attach INON lighting arm products including Shoe Base
/ D Holder on Canon water-proof case WP-V1(*1).
The Video Base V1 consists of a base plate which is specifically designed to match with unique base shape of Canon WP-V1 and is attached on the case with the base plate and
pressure bonding around the lens port to benefit to hold LED flashlight(s) firmly.
The Video Base V1 can have compact Shoe Base on top of the lens port and
two 「D Holder」on both sides to support simple and compact set-up and upgrading to multi lighting system only with compatible flashlight(s) and lighting arm product(s).
The Video Base V1 and combined Shoe Base/D Holder does not obstruct to open/close
the water-proof case and will not bother you when you need to change batteries with these accessories.

Compatibility with INON attachment lens
The WP-V1 directly holds INON "M67 Mount series" attachment lens.
- Macro lens
UCL-330/UCL-165M67 close-up lenses are compatible. - Wide lens
The UWL-100 Achromat Type2 is physically attached on the WP-V1 (*2). Please note followings when using this wide conversion lens.
The UWL-100 Achromat Type2 is originally designed for a digital camera carrying 1/1.8 inch image sensor (CCD etc.), approx. 7mm focal length at zoom wide end (35mm film equivalent : 35mm) and approx. 3x zoom lens,
and not designed for a digital camcorder iVIS HF20 which carries 1/4 inch image sensor,
4.1mm focal length (35mm film equivalent : 39.5mm) and 15x zoom lens.
Our detailed compatibility test has confirmed that there is significant degradation of image quality on circumference part of an image
comparing to compatible digital camera, so "compatibility is limited" only for those can accept below sample images/movies quality. - Optional attachment lens for semi-fish-eye shooting
The combination of UWL-100 Achromat Wide Conversion Lens Type2 and its super wide option Dome Lens Unit for UWL-100 is NOT compatible since this combination has more significant image quality deterioration than above UWL-100 Achromat Type2 stand-alone use.Please refer below sample image/movie to see image quality with this combination.
